Our Piece of Heaven

Our family moved from the desert of Utah to the lush hills of middle Tennessee to start our dream of owning a farm and becoming more self sufficient. As we started realizing that we knew very little about out food, where it came from, and ultimately what was in it, we wanted to be much more in tuned with what we were consuming. Slowly making changes and planning for our future while we were waiting for our opportunity to move ahead with our goals in earnest, we learned all we could.  We were able to take our leap of faith and move away from everything and everyone we knew, trusting that this was the best course of action for our family. We couldn't be happier with our decision! With four kids whom we recently moved to homeschooling we are navigating our newfound farm life together as a family. Join us as we learn how to raise livestock, grow our own food, and make the most of our farm.
